Too Much Fucking in the Cornfield
The original plan was to rewatch 'Lovers' but then I remembered how much I hated 'Lovers' and decided to skip it and go straight to it's spiritual sequel 'Too Much Flesh'. 'Lovers', 'Too Much Flesh' and 'Being Light' are a thematic trilogy and I don't think the trilogy has a name or know if anyone other than myself and Jean-Marc Barr consider it a trilogy... the trilogy will now be known as Jean-Marc Barr's SEX trilogy!.
'Too Much Flesh' was a big step up from 'Lovers' in the sense that it was no longer bad... well technically it was still bad but this time it was so bad it was good. The screenplay was…

Review by amputechture ★★★★
Honestly I kinda loved this…The acting is strange and the ending is a bit disappointing, even tho I LOVE what it was going for, just the execution that’s a bit anticlimactic for some reason. The sex scenes were remarkably realistic and served great purpose to the plot. It is very dogme-esque which I can understand isn’t for everyone but I thought it worked pretty well with the story

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
French/American actor/filmmaker Jean-Marc Barr(SEXUAL CHRONICLES OF A FRENCH FAMILY,AMERICAN TRANSLATION) not only is the lead star but he also shares the co-directing,co-writing,and co-producing duties with Pascal Arnold(ONE TO ANOTHER.BEING LIGHT) for this sexually charged U.S./French drama that has Barr as a middle aged man who is strongly frustrated with both his boring marriage to his wife(Rosanna Arquette[DESPERATELY SEKEING SUSAN,PULP FICTION]) and has pent-up sexual yearnings that he soon is able to resolve when his good friend(Ian Vogt[THE PARLOR,SUBSTANCE]) and his new French girlfriend(Elodie Bouchez[{TV's}ALIAS,CQ,BLACK TIDE]) come to Barr's conservative Illinois town for a visit, with both Barr and Bouchez immediately engaging in a sexual affair that leaves them lusting for one another(with the new couple making out[while both of them are…

Review by realy_bad ★★
The plot is somehow really exciting.. the environment is also ok. low budget production quality is also doesnt matter..
But the only thing matters is super bad direction n very awkward acting. it seems like they are rehearsing and they keep shooting it and made a movie. and soo many scenes with awkward silence. its like they are waiting for someone to do the lines.
Anyhow , its kinda good plot.. a man married to woman who had previous husband died in accident and she never got over with it . and even she promised herself or to GOD that she will keep continue to love her ex and no sex to current husband.. Soo many movies MISUSING religion.. its…

I like Rosanna Arquette since the Desperately Seeking Susan's days and her name in the credits made me watch this movie. The sex scenes are hot.
